SiteProbe is a domain security scanning tool that checks SSL certificates, DNS records, security headers, email authentication, and other domain health metrics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have authorization to test.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit the Service.
• Resell access to the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Scan results are informational and should not be considered professional security advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of scan data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteProbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
